RIS BOARD OF DIRECTORS |
In August 2007 Ruamrudee International
Schools license was transferred to the
Redemptorist Fathers Foundation of Thailand.
Following this event, Ruamrudee International
School Board of Directors was formed pursuant
to the Private Education Act. The Board
officially conducted its first business
on May 20, 2008.

| These members will serve an initial
one year term at the end of which a new board will
be appointed under the new Education Laws. The
RIS Board of Directors primary responsibility
is to provide leadership and guidance to fulfill
RIS’ mission and educational philosophy. Through
RIS’ Head of School, its administrators and supervisors
working together with the Board of Directors,
RIS can accomplish goals set forth by the Board.
The RIS Board of Directors is governed by the
Redemptorist Fathers Foundation of Thailand (license
holder), the Board of Catholic Education of the
Redemptorist Fathers of Thailand and the Redemptorist
Foundation of Thailand Board of Trustees.
