Dear Parents,
Many bright and positive changes have occurred
during the holidays, one of these is the school
canteens operation. The school has completely
redesigned the canteens considering cleanliness,
sanitation and relaxing atmosphere. In addition,
we now have the Koola Hospitality Industry Co.,
Ltd., a Catering Company, to serve food to all
students and staff. This new management using
the Card System for food payment instead of
Chips that we used previously.
HOW DO WE PURCHASE
THE FOOD CARD?
For Students: The Company already has the card
that matches the student's ID number. The card
costs Baht 100.00, student who did not purchase
the card during Registration period can just
go to the Cashier in the Canteens, tell the
staff his/her ID No. pay Baht100.00 and his/her
card will be giving to him/her. Student can
keep this card for as long as he/she is an RIS
student.
The reason the card has the student's ID is
that the Canteen staff can easily track or stop
the usage of the card in case it is lost. Therefore,
it is very important to inform the Canteen staff
or teacher as soon as your child realizes that
he/she has lost the lunch card.
The same policy applies to all teachers and
staff.
If you do not want your child/children to purchase
a card that costs Baht 100.00 ?
Students or visitors can always purchase a card
at whatever amount they want to. Customers can
always return the card and reimburse their money
at the end of their meal.
SET LUNCH
At present, the stairs leading to the upper
floor of the canteens are not ready yet. we
have arranged that the Pre-K and KG students
will have their lunch in the classrooms. The
Canteen will reserve an area downstairs for
students who take Set Lunch until the stairs
and new tables for the upper floor are ready.
