TUITION FEES
TUITION POLICY
I. PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Tuition and fees are due and payable before the beginning of each
semester. Tuition and fees for the First Semester starting August
are due and payable around the first three weeks of June. Tuition
and fees for the Second Semester starting January are due and
payable around the first three weeks of November.
II. ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF PAYMENT
Please be advised that payments may not be made in cash
or by personal check. Acceptable forms of payment may be any of
the following:
| a) NEW STUDENTS |
:CASHIER’S CHECK only, payable to “Ruamrudee
International School” |
| b) RETURNING STUDENTS |
: DIRECT CASH DEPOSIT at any Bangkok Bank branch with a
banking slip provided by RIS |

: CASHIER’S CHECK payable to “Ruamrudee International
School” |
| |
: VISA or MASTERCARD (Bank charge 1.8%) |
III. LATE PAYMENT
A late charge of 500 Baht per day will be imposed on
late tuition payment. After 2,000 Baht in late charges has accrued,
the student will be suspended until tuition is paid.
IV. LATE ENROLLMENT
There will be no reduction in tuition fees for late enrollment.
However, the bus fee and set lunch fee can be prorated for students
who wish to use these services after the twentieth (20th) day
of the semester.
Please note: No student
will be admitted into the High School for the current semester
beyond the ninth (9th) day of that semester.
V. EARLY WITHDRAWAL
Tuition, set lunch, and bus fee refunds will be granted
in accordance with the following schedule:
· Up to the 10th day of the semester 50%
· From the 11th day to the 20th day 25%
· From the 21st day to the end of the semester 0%
VI. TEXTBOOK DEPOSIT
A one-time book deposit of 30,000 Baht is charged to
each new student. Upon withdrawal, 20,000 Baht, less any current
charges for loss or damage, will be refunded. The text book refund
is available for one year only. If not claimed within one year’s
time, it is no longer refundable.
