the calendar year for students applying for enrollment
at RIS for the
First Semester starting in August.
APPLICATION PROCESS

prescreening: Photocopies of

2. Interview
Parents and student will be interviewed by the Headmaster.
3. Placement Test
After the interview, grade level will be assigned
by age; and a date, time, and place for the Admission
Test will be set. Parents will then be asked to contact
the Finance Office to pay the Admission Process Fee. Please
note that this fee is to be paid prior to testing and
is non-refundable. The original copy of the Admission
Process Form serves as a receipt, and must be presented
on the day of the test.
4. Acceptance
The Admission decision will be mailed to the
student’s home.
5. Enrollment Fee Payment
Students who are accepted and wish to enroll
at RIS must pay the full tuition at the Finance Office
by the published deadline. This payment guarantees the
student a seat at RIS. Details of the Registration process
will be given at that time.
N.B. Until full tuition is paid, the student is placed
on a waiting list.
WAITING LIST
Students who have successfully passed the Test
for these grades when available seats are limited are
sometimes placed on a waiting list. Parents will be informed
of acceptance into RIS no later than the second week of
the first Semester.
N.B. Waitlisted students are advised not to withdraw
from their current school until their enrollment at RIS
is confirmed so as not to disrupt their schooling. Waitlisting
does not guarantee placement at RIS.
SUMMER SCHOOL
New students are required to attend Summer School,
a three-week session held in June.
